Thoughts on Trenton Doyle Hancock's works

I can see that Trenton Doyle Hancock's works express clear themes and stories behind them, and the works of the other four artists are difficult for me to understand. I especially like stories, and his painting style and the text added to the paintings are also very similar to comic styles. In terms of themes, he explores identity and race in depth, and uses surrealist techniques to construct complex narrative structures that can trigger the viewer's thinking. In terms of techniques, he combines painting and collage, which is rich in layers and highly experimental, showing his keen control of details.
